The Protagate\’s carbon material is designed around Beat\’s proprietary composite carbon, made from ultra-high-elasticity 40t carbon and high-elasticity 30t carbon, for the deep-range transmission required for slow-pitch fishing. This rod is specialized for slow-pitch fishing, with a 6-foot-6-inch ultra-sensitive parabolic action blank that can be fully bent all the way to the pad end for precise control of slow jigs. Everything is designed to maximize sensitivity, and the plank paint is a waterproof primer finish. Each model features full titanium small-diameter guides with a top diameter of 5.5 for #2 and #3, and 6.0 for #4. The Propagate is a rod that will allow you to experience a wealth of information about the seabed like never before.
